Open Day

Time 9.00am - 1.00pm

Venue:  Upstairs at The Healthfood Store Mapperley, 21 Plains Road, Nottingham, NG3 5LG

To celebrate the launch of our business we invite you to our free open day. Come and meet the herbalist, find out how herbal medicine can help you, ask any questions you have, sample some herbal teas and products or have a free mini consultation. No need to book, just drop in. You'll find us upstairs at the Healthfood Store Mapperley, entrance through the shop.

FREE MINI CONSULTATIONS are available throughout the morning, 9am to 1pm, but there may be a little wait if it's busy. These take about 10 minutes and are suitable for single uncomplicated complaints in otherwise healthy people. If you want treatment for several health problems or have an undiagnosed, serious or long term condition, or if you're on any regular medication, the mini consultations may not be suitable for you and you may benefit more from a full consultation. But this can be discussed on the day. NOTE: There is a charge for herbal prescriptions, but you don't have to have one. You're welcome to source your own herbs, or just get lifestyle advice.
